Hello and welcome to our first blog of 2022. It’s been a very rocky start to the year with COVID impacting all of us in some way. With so many isolating due to the illness or close contact and so much fear and uncertainty in the community, it’s certainly been a challenging time!
Here at Excel, most of our team managed to have a short break over the festive season to relax and recharge, for which we are very grateful for. James enjoyed some time away down on the south coast and Jared also got away for a few days in Kiama. Maria had a trip to Melbourne and Brooke went to Wollongong and Canberra. Vanessa and Fiona both enjoyed 10 days off relaxing at home. Tim will taking the first week off in February and heading up to the Blue Mountains and then it’s all hands back on board for what we hope will be a busy and productive year, serving our community.
Physiotherapy is available Monday to Saturday and we have Remedial Massage available on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Saturdays. With most health funds re-setting on January 1, now is great time to move forward with your health and well-being goals for 2022 and book in a session.
For the time being, we are staying on zoom for yoga which is run by Brooke on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6pm. At this stage, studio yoga and Pilates is still some time away as we continue to navigate the virus and minimise the risk on our small business. One on one Pilates sessions are available with Tim and one on one yoga is available with Brooke, please give us a call to enquire.
