Tim Ellis

Principal Physiotherapist, Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, and Director

BA (Hons) BSc (Hons) MHlthSc (Hons) APA

Tim graduated from the University of East London in 1996 and founded Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness in 2014. He specialises in treating complex necks and backs, and developing effective exercise programs for his patients. Tim is committed to inspiring his patients in their injury recovery program and all round health and fitness goals.

Tim is a member of the specialist group Hip Pain Professionals, having studied and specialised in the treatment of chronic hip condition such as tendinopathy, dysplasia, sciatica and arthritis.

Laura Lee

Senior Physiotherapist

Laura graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She has over ten years of experience working in private practice (musculoskeletal and sports therapy) and in the private hospital system. Laura has completed post graduate courses in shoulders, spinal physiotherapy and dry needling. Laura excels in managing neck pain and headaches.

Simon graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2014 and a Master of Physiotherapy in 2016. He has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of injuries for patients of all ages and levels of fitness. Simon strives to deliver the very best care for his patients through manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation programs to optimise strength and movement patterns as well as to prevent injuries from reoccurring.

Remedial Massage Therapist and Tibetan Healing Specialist

Diana is a skilled and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with over ten years of experience. She applies a holistic approach when treating her clients and this includes using soft and deep tissue manipulation techniques, fascia release and trigger point therapy. She is also trained and experienced in various holistic healing methods, including the traditional Chinese Remedial Massage An Mo Tui Na, Meridian Therapy and Tibetan Healing.

John graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 2004. He has dedicated over 21 years to study and practise in the fields of TCM and Acupuncture and has over 10 years of experience in Remedial Massage. John uses a variety of techniques which helps relieve muscle tightness and fatigue, lessen pain and discomfort and improve overall wellbeing.
