Then, get out of the light! Decrease your exposure to artificial light in the evenings, also to boost melatonin.

Make your bedroom a quiet, safe haven free from clutter and unwelcome noise.

Cut down on the caffeine – after midday, replace coffee and Coke with herbal tea or organic coconut water.

Practice relaxation – whether its meditation, laughter, or having a warm bath, slow down and get away from stress an hour before bedtime.
